My Organics series began in 2004 during a walk in the woods. Looking at the sunlight filtering through the leaves I imagined the sap pulsing through the leaf. This began my journey to try to capture that instant of movement and light.

Using the colors of the seasons I form each piece into an organic shape, then fire it to create pleasing objects that explore that soft light and movement within.
